The Global Museum Directors Forum officially opened in National Museum of China, Beijing

More than 40 experts from worldfamous museums and 50-odd directors or delegates from Chinese museums atteneded the forum.

"Traditional Korean Costumes and Textiles" and “Costumes in Memory: Sino-Korean Joint Conservation Project of Ming Dynas

By presenting traditional Korean costumes, fabrics and the weaving and dyeing techniques used in the costume making process, the exhibition "Traditional Korean Costumes and Textiles" aims at enhancing the Chinese audience's understanding of Korean traditional costume culture and offering an opportunity for exchanges between China and Korea in the fields of inheritance, restoration and flexible application of this intangible cultural heritage.

The 3rd IASSRT symposium and the 4th IASSRT board meeting was held in Korea National University of Cultural Heritage

The first annual meeting of IASSRT held at National Silk Museum(NSM)

At the evening of 22 September 2016, the first annual meeting of International Association for the Study of Silk Road Textiles (IASSRT) is held at Xinyou Archives, China National Silk Museum.During the meeting, several issues are undertaken.
